Dr. Anand Solanke is the Founder and Chairman of Aadidisha Seeds Pvt. Ltd., and a guiding force behind the company’s technical and ethical foundation. With over three decades of experience in government agricultural research and education, he has served in respected positions including Head of the Department of Agronomy, Chief Scientist (Seed), Director of Organic Farming & Irrigation, and Incharge of the Agriculture Technology Information Centre (ATIC) at MPKV Rahuri.

At Aadidisha, he leads Research, Production, and Development, ensuring that every seed is backed by scientific precision, field-tested reliability, and practical value for farmers. His deep understanding of seed systems and strong grassroots connection with the farming community make him the public face of the company and a trusted mentor to our team and stakeholders
